Remotely supports the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Digital Transformation (ODT) leadership and Peraton/Perspecta’s FDA Data Center and Infrastructure. Performs IT project management role as part of the Program Management Office. Serving in an IT project manager role in support of the FDA’s efforts for annual FY End of Life (EoL) Program objectives, Calendar Year (CY) EoL Hardware Modernization Operations projects, and an FDA-wide Zscaler SASE Implementation Project as part of a Zero Trust Strategy strategic goal output. Provides consultation on contract’s Quality Assurance program services. Implements FDA IT strategic objectives relating to integrating IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices; facilitates proper risk and issue management best practices including proper planning of risk identification; risk response, contingency planning, resolution strategy, and correction action tracking; monitor and assist in root cause analysis (RCA); and support strategic planning and proposal development. Converted from previous GDH subcontractor role to Peraton prime contractor role.
