As the Digital Supply Chain Data Product Leader, I am responsible for shaping and executing Thermo Fisher Scientific\'s enterprise-wide supply chain data strategy. This role drives the development and scaling of digital capabilities—including AI/ML, advanced analytics, and predictive intelligence—through a federated product model designed to accelerate value delivery and transform decision-making.Key responsibilities include-Leading the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of supply chain data products across Demand and Supply Planning, Operations, and Customer Experience-Operationalizing a centralized data pod and product team that integrates engineering, business analysts, and agile delivery practices-Advancing enterprise priorities such as OTTP, E&O governance, inventory visibility, and control tower capabilities through scalable digital platforms-Building and sustaining a community of practice to elevate data literacy and cross-functional engagement across business units-Embedding digital tools and analytics into everyday supply chain operations—aligning with Thermo Fisher’s mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.This role combines my foundation in supply chain operations with a passion for digital transformation, bringing together strategic thinking, technical fluency, and deep organizational trust to lead impactful, enterprise-scale change.
