Good day,My name is Sean McCormick. I\'m currently 39 years old, I live in Buffalo, NY, and I\'m a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. I\'m a Principal and Business Center Practice Leader for Stantec, as well as a Senior Project Manager. I manage the Environmental Services office in Buffalo, NY and am responsible for regional growth and business development for the renewable energy and power utility markets in New York State.My responsibilities and experience include the following for various power (i.e. transmission, distribution, and substations), and renewable energy projects: project management; oversight and management of multi-discipline teams of project staff, GIS and CADD groups, and subcontractors; environmental licensing and permitting (e.g. State and Federal wetland permitting); New York State Public Service Commission Article VII Application preparation; Environmental Management & Construction Plans (EM & CPs); State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) permitting and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans stormwater management and erosion and sediment control; regulatory compliance; construction inspections for compliance with SPDES permitting and environmental impact assessments and routing and siting alternative analyses; and project administrative oversight (e.g. billing, project scheduling, and budget management). In addition to work, I also enjoy playing Hockey, watching sports of all kinds, any music I come across for the most part, movies and TV, my small side business on eBay and Amazon Marketplace, meeting new people, trivia, and nights out with friends and loved ones.
