Working with CJ Hole since 2011 my role as land & new homes Director sees me work daily with our specialist new homes team and established network of local offices on the marketing and successful selling of land for development and new homes. With extensive experience of the new homes market across Bristol and the South West I am passionate about adding value to every project we undertake. I have a proven track record of delivering positive results for our clients covering projects from single building plots to multi-phase developments and mixed use schemes. We provide a hands on approach to land and new build sales. Offering sound advice on all elements covering land acquisitions, valuations and pricing reports through to marketing strategy’s for off plan and end of development sales.I am responsible for the new homes team and am keen to collaborate with like minded parties in the built environment in our region.
