My day-to-day duties include: • Collaborating directly with clients, subcontractors and team members to develop successful project plans, well-defined scopes, proposals, schedules and budgets to ensure a successful and fluid client experience • Developing comprehensive solutions spanning from basic systems installations/upgrades to major CapEx projects • Building and maintaining client, vendor and supplier relationships to forge strategic partnerships • Reviewing engineering drawings to gain a complete understanding of scope and design requirements in order to communicate these specifications to the rest of the team for all parties involved to fully grasp the technical aspects of a project – accurately implement these design requirements into the job estimate • Attending bid and/or site tours at client’s manufacturing facilities – take field measurements to assist engineering team in proper and precise design • Soliciting and evaluating subcontractors’ proposals
