Managing and optimizing data systems for performance testing, such as force plates, VO2max, lactate assessments, and isokinetic dynamometry. A key focus is on force plate testing, which includes force-velocity profiling, fatigue profiling, and bilateral and unilateral assessments. Custom code is written to collate, process, filter, and analyze raw data, which is then integrated into automated reports that deliver actionable training recommendations tailored to the specific needs of each discipline of alpine skiing and the individual athletes.A centralized database is maintained to track and monitor changes in athletes’ physical capacities over time, providing valuable insights into training adaptations, fatigue levels, and injury risk over time.Consultancy is also provided on macro- and micro-training plans, using data-driven insights to enhance performance and ensure success in injury rehabilitation as well as strength and conditioning facilitating alpine skiing performance.
