Legacy Real Estate Ventures, LLC is a Family Office and real estate investment firm that focuses on investment vehicles that are available within the real estate industry. Sean Mayer enhanced three generations of real estate DNA as the Founder and Principal of Legacy Real Estate Ventures LLC, the investment arm for the Mayer Family Office. He was born in Los Angeles and spent much of his childhood honing his entrepreneurial spirit. Before the age of 15, he had built and sold two Internet auction houses to a subsidiary of eBay, which propelled him into the entrepreneurial mentality. Mr. Mayer graduated Cum Laude from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies and Planning. Shortly thereafter, he graduated with distinction from the University of San Diego where he earned a Master’s in Real Estate Science. The success of Legacy Real Estate Ventures, LLC is a testament to Mr. Mayer’s Venture Capitalistic spirit embodied by his business philosophies. Since the commencement of the investment arm in 2009, Legacy has purchased and disposed of over within the single-family asset class. Most recently, Legacy has been nominated for the prestigious Icon Awards BIA Custom Home Builder/Remodeler of the Year award. Likewise, Legacy earned the esteemed Top 100 Family Office Elite Award from Sato Consultants and likewise was featured in the International Top 100 as Real Estate Mogul in Business Mag. Mr. Mayer is an active member in the philanthropic community and participates in the University of California San Diego Real Estate Mentorship Program. The private UCSD real estate program will shape the future and prepare the students with a true development background.
