About Sean Manning
While working towards my bachelor’s degree in Finance at Virginia Tech, I have been employed by Huntington Ingalls Industry working as a Finance and Business Management Intern in the Overhead, Capital, and Rates Division. Previously, I was employed by American Systems for a 10-week internship in the Business Development group. While there I participated in research related to multiple contract opportunities through the Strategic Accounts, Capture, and Proposal Development phases of opportunity development as well as viewed multiple meetings related to pricing development through the Communications Operations Division. I have a strong academic background in Finance and believe I could apply this knowledge along with the knowledge I gained through my internships at Huntington Ingalls and American Systems in order to succeed and thrive in any industry.
