2 Harbor - Boston *Situated on 4-acres in the South Boston waterfront, 2 Harbor features SF of commercial core and shell life science use with associated amenities, parking and a signature open space. 10 stories, 51,459 floor plates, 60/40 Lab/Office. The design embraces the existing light-industrial uses and the character of the surrounding neighborhood, while providing distinctive open spaces, amenities, and experiences to attract employers, employees, and the surrounding community. Building amenities for office tenants include lobby café, bike room, gym, lounge, conference center, exterior terrace and indoor/outdoor yoga room.The façade design reflects the character of the marine industrial surrounding buildings, with corrugated metal paneling and torqued copper-color horizontal and vertical metal bands, while also providing large triple-glazed windows to allow for natural daylight and a quiet working environment. Sustainability is a driving factor for the project, as it is targeted to achieve LEED Gold, WELL Gold, and 9 Foundations certifications, with robust reductions in water and energy consumption. Indoor and outdoor restorative spaces and ubiquitous biophilia, including lobby planters and green wall contribute to mindfulness and wellness-The Canopy (Haymarket) Hotel Parcel 9 Project - Boston *The construction of a building containing a total of approximately square feet of gross floor area consisting of (a) SF of retail space, public restrooms, dedicated space for the HPA (Haymarket Push Cart Association), and other areas intended for use by the HPA vendors in common with retail lessees of the building, and a 212 room hotel on six floors, including a publicly accessible winter garden in the hotel lobby, together with related improvements, including utilities, appropriate landscaping and other related facilities and amenities; and construction of the Blackstone Street Improvements.
