Responsible for preforming revisions of insurance certificates, policies, statements of value, and invoices to determine compliance with Investor guidelines for commercial properties. The majority of the loans I review are backed by Freddie Mac (FHLMC) and Fannie Mae (FNMA) so audits are regular which is why I have a high level of accuracy and I am proud to say that I have not had any issues with any of my loans. I also work directly with insurance agents/brokers and borrowers to rectify non-compliant coverage issues and if needed force-place insurance on loans that do not meet investor requirements. I also need to give detailed explanations if my loans are non-compliant to investors while documenting every attempt to get them compliant, even if I must force-place insurance on the loans. My insurance reviews would include accurate coverage for the Property, Business Income, Ordinance and Law, Equipment Breakdown, Flood, etc. I am also responsible for on-boarding new loans that come to Regions.
