ABOUT SEAN M.

I am an open minded individual with a proven track record in working to deadlines with the pharmaceutical industry. I have strong technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. I am eager to be challenged to grow and improve my skills. In 2001 I returned to full time education for 2 years followed by 2 years part time. During this time, I gained qualifications in ICT. Recently I have been working as a contractor in Wuxi in Dundalk, as a Commissioning Qualification and Validation engineer and in Alcon in Cork, as a Validation engineer. I have worked in Stryker Belfast as a Senior Validation Engineer. Before this I worked at Almac, 5 years in Clinical Services and 5 years in Pharma Services, within the Validation Departments of both companies and 2 years in project management in Clinical Services. I have been involved in numerous projects ranging from the validation small machines to the validation of large warehouses and cold rooms. I was instrumental in the introduction of the wireless temperature monitoring system for Pharma Services and the subsequent alarm management strategy.
