Responsible for Project Management of large operational enterprise programs that span across Gas, Distribution, Transmission, Energy Supply and Nuclear. Major projects include- Operational Excellence program design, rollout/training, and lead program assessment team to measure rollout maturity in each BU- Operations rally room Project Manager (LEAN - One way) for all BU\'s. This includes weekly project readouts to SVP\'s and Executives, Plan of the Day (POD) build out, and individual work package development- Stood up Enterprise Operations Senior Leadership Team (EOSLT) to allow safety event sharing across all BU\'s resulting in expanded learnings outside of individual BU\'s, helping to reduce repeat safety events and breaking down silos- Provided PM support in new program development of Event Response, Troubleshooting, Adverse Condition Monitoring Plan and Drawing Controls programs within Energy Supply, Transmisson and Gas by effectively leading various multifunctional teams to help reduce operational events.
