I\'m a mission-driven leader with over 14 years of experience at the intersection of data, strategy, and social impact. I specialize in helping organizations—especially nonprofits and public-sector partners—use data and technology to make smarter decisions, improve systems, and drive meaningful change.Currently, I serve as Senior Director of Insights & Analytics at Public Allies, where I’ve led the design and implementation of national data systems, built cross-functional teams, and helped position the organization for long-term impact and sustainability. I also co-founded a consulting firm that helps nonprofits and AmeriCorps programs leverage Salesforce and data strategy for compliance, efficiency, and growth.In addition, I’m an advocate for government transparency and co-own a research firm that uses public records to inform business, campaign, and marketing strategy. Whether helping organizations strengthen internal systems or navigate external landscapes, my work is rooted in the belief that access to quality data can drive better decisions and more equitable outcomes.I thrive on solving complex problems, building infrastructure that scales, and turning challenges into opportunities—for organizations and communities alike.Outside of work, you’ll find me running, cycling, renovating my home, or spending time with my three kids.
