I’m honoured to lead the amazing Best Buy Canada L&D team. Our myDevelopment program includes onboarding, skills, personal, professional and leadership development to our Retail, Corporate and Distribution Centre employees. I believe that creating the best retail customer experience requires creating a great leadership experience, employee experience and vendor experience. I’m proud to lead the Best Buy Canada efforts to do just that through our vendor partnership Learning and Labour opportunities.
