Lead a team of engineers to build deployment/capacity models and security requirements for new and existing cryptographic solutions/tools • Partner with program owners to develop and deliver on new cryptographic solutions/services to introduce new products and functionality as well as streamline existing tools and processes • Owned and maintained multiple vendor relationships, procurement integration and supplier mgmt. • Manage and optimize budgets, forecasting, and cost allocation while delivering on business needs • Recommend strategic direction with the ability to foster open communications across various organizational levels • Ensure staffing levels are maintained; and those resources have the skills and behaviors to perform tasks fully through effective communication of goals, objectives, performance, and as necessary improvement plans • Continuously engage and improve our team performance by conducting recurring 1 on 1 meetings, training/onboarding sessions, managing career development, and understanding who is at risk
