I am a business trial lawyer with more than 17 years’ experience in trying cases to verdict. This includes trials in state and federal courts, and arbitration. My experience covers a a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, disparagement, tortious interference and defamation, non-compete, non-solicitation, and theft of trade secrets.
