Returned to Tesla’s Ownership Loyalty team to oversee the long-term account management and vehicle ownership lease-ending process for Models S, X, 3, and Y.• Awards received: Plaid Club for performing in the top 10% of Sales Advisors nationwide in Q2 of 2025.• Highest gross sales within the team each quarter.• Daily inbound and outbound call and email campaigns for sales and customer service, with a focus on creatively engaging customers to increase reply and conversion rates. • Facilitating the retention of current Model S, X, 3, and Y owners while transitioning them to similar or upgraded vehicles. • Serving as a liaison for the customer, financial institution, and delivery operations team, reviewing and advising on financial terms and contracts. • Assisting with training and mentorship for team of 30 Ownership Loyalty Advisors by sharing experience, tips, email templates, talk tracks, and closing and follow-up strategies with new hires and tenured team members. • Boosting team morale and overall output by creating engaging team activities such as the Rowphy, and serving as the host for the Ownership Loyalty team’s inaugural World Cup. • Upon completion of three-week training program, achieved #11 out of 30 for Q2 of 2023 (May–June) while also achieving #1 in first full week post-training in outbound call activity while ramping in three weeks of the six-week allotted window. • Recognition of Top Performer since rehire date while receiving multiple pieces of recognition from upper management and fellow team members, including the “Lean On Me” Award and other team member shoutouts. • Over $27.05 million sold in Q3 and Q4 of 20•••41 vehicles)
