Sean Kreiman is a Senior Vice President with CHMWarnick, the leading hotel asset management and owner advisory firm with $15 billion in client investments under asset management and $2 billion in hospitality projects under development. Kreiman brings over ten years of hospitality operations, advisory and asset management experience to CHMWarnick, with expertise in value enhancement strategies, capital planning and renovation oversight. He was most recently responsible for the $50 million repositioning of a luxury hotel in Washington, D.C, and has asset management responsibility for a wide variety of luxury/lifestyle assets in major markets across the U.S. Kreiman has a proven track record in collaborating with property management teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost containment and risk mitigation, and advising clients on strategies for repositioning, development and asset value optimization. He is a published industry thought leader and past recipient of “The Hotel Industry’s Top Rising Talent Under 30” by Hotel Management and GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum\'s \"50 under 40\". He is an active board member of the Hospitality Asset Manager Association (HAMA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Georgia Southern University.
