Identify and attract candidates for non-technical roles through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.Source candidates for roles like production workers, engineers, quality control, plant managers, maintenance technicians, and supply chain staff.Understand manufacturing processes and job-specific skills such as knowledge of machinery, safety standards, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.Recruit for clinical (nurses, physicians, therapists, technicians) and non-clinical roles (administration, billing, IT support in healthcare settings).Understand healthcare credentials, licenses, certifications, and credentialing processes (e.g, RN license, CPR, medical degrees).Screen candidates for compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, state nursing boards).Coordinate with healthcare facility managers and department heads on staffing needs and scheduling demands (shift work, on-call requirements).Source and recruit skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, welders), project managers, engineers, safety officers, and general laborers.Understand construction certifications, licenses, and union membership requirements.Assess candidates’ experience with construction methods, equipment operation, OSHA safety standards, and project management tools.Manage recruiting for both permanent roles and short-term projects with fluctuating staffing needs.Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and create clear, attractive job postings tailored to non-IT roles.Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Generate recruitment metrics and reports for management review.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and recruitment processes.Identify bottlenecks or challenges in the recruitment process and suggest improvements.
