I have served as lead counsel on hundreds of merger and acquisition transactions in a wide variety of industries. My practice primarily focuses on representing private equity funds, including many leading middle market PE funds in the country, along with doing sell-side work for family businesses. I lead our team that has represented Audax in over 775 transactions. We have market leading scale for a regional law firm currently supporting over 60 PE sponsors.I currently serve as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Private Equity Group and am the past Co-Chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. I also serve as Chairman of the Firm.
