I’m a Senior UX and Product Designer specialising in turning complex, messy problems into clear, usable, and scalable digital solutions. With 12+ years’ experience across pharma, legal, public sector, e-commerce and energy, I work closely with teams to build interfaces that don’t just look good, they perform.I’ve led end-to-end design on high-stake products: improving task success, simplifying discovery, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared UX priorities.
