The ongoing drive to digitise mining operations has highlighted the need to govern, advise on, control, manage and improve existing survey and geospatial data practices across all international mining operations through a systematic approach and accurate assessment of data that impacts the Company. Having a common assessor with agreed company standards ensures that all surveying and geospatial practices are evaluated on an equal basis to facilitate objective prioritisation of actions and expenditure.
