My journey in wireless technology began as an entry level manual laborer for installations but learned the RF system quickly as was moved to Lead Technician for The Walter Group working on the Windstar \"wireless fiber\" point to point microwave system. Later in my career, I honed my skills at Arva Tech - Pacific Technical Solutions and Le Blank Tower, contributing to pivotal projects for T-Mobile, Lucent, AT & T and others. I spent a little over 3 1/2 yrs of my career working as a telecommunications \"road warrior\" moving from contract to contract without a \"home base\". Beyond my professional endeavors, I bring a global perspective shaped by experiences from all across the USA, British Columbia, and Milan, Italy. Nearly fully fluent in Italian and with a background in aircraft mechanics, 3D modeling/printing, and photography, my interests are as varied as my professional pursuits.    Contracted Remote Construction Manager for Mavenir\'s pilot “Huawei Rip and Replace” program, commissioned by the US government to remove and replace Huawei radios with Mavenir radios at 42 cell sites owned by Triangle Communications based in Havre, Montana. This initiative falls under the ITAR Compliance Regulations and serves as a crucial component of a US security program.• Primary liaison between Mavenir and Triangle Communications, ensuring quality work completion by three general contractors.• Implemented a secure tracking system for Huawei radio disposal, designed to adhere to ITAR requirements mandated by the US Government specifically for this pilot program.• Facilitated the full changeout of 23 HVAC units in response to systemic failures, coordinating with manufacturers and local contractors to ensure client satisfaction.• Acted as a PR liaison for Triangle Communications, addressing issues related to scheduling, budgets, permitting, and logistics to enhance client experience.
