ABOUT SEAN HOLLIDAY

Sean has over 25 years of commercial construction experience. He studied Civil Engineering at UC Davis before working for Teichert Construction, DPR and RE Lamb. Sean spent 14 years at Howard S. Wright/Balfour Beatty, starting as Project Manager and working his way up to Vice President. Prior to his departure, Sean was a Sr. Vice President overseeing the Northern California region, where he was responsible for growing the firm’s business, mentoring teams through a robust training program and ensuring the highest level of operational excellence. He has built hallmark projects in San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego, Phoenix, Seattle, Austin and more.Sean then founded and led Skyline’s capital construction division which included ground-up office buildings, multi-family residential towers, high-end hospitality projects, complete seismic upgrades, building repositioning projects, labs, data centers, restaurants and more. He oversaw the Western United States, managing all day to day operations of the business. Some of his key clients include The Hyatt Corporation, Brookfield, Essex Property Trust, Align Real Estate and Cowboy Partners.Sean currently leads XL Construction\'s Integrated Solutions team which includes the preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, MEP solutions, construction technology, and social responsibility team members. In this role Sean provides strategic oversight in the companies pursuits, directly manages all preconstruction and estimating efforts, and works closely with the operations teams to ensure projects are setup for success.
