ABOUT SEAN HEALY
I have gained many years’ experience, as a strategy and planning leader in media agencies. I have worked at board/senior leadership levels for over twenty years including a spell as a Managing Director. During this period, I have worked in both UK and global roles; having been on global teams for the last ten years whilst maintaining close involvement with local teams and projects. I have worked on countless major pitches, developed several thought-leading insight programmes and designed strategy and planning processes at both Zenith and Carat. I’m comfortable working at all stages of campaign development from insight generation right though to driving marketing effectiveness programmes. Driving cross-discipline integration in central to my current role and I spend a good deal of time working with creative and CX teams on ‘end to end’ experience design. I enjoy operating a high-level consultative level but equally will get my sleeves rolled up and work on the detail of media planning specifics for a project myself.
