Leadership Coach @KIPP Foundation
As a part-time Leadership Coach, I\'m responsible for individualized, strengths-based, transformational coaching with KIPP Leaders. I coach a portfolio of KIPP network leaders including Principals in Residence, new to and experienced School Leaders, and/or regional leaders, to ensure equity-centered, high-quality, impactful leadership development for each of them. Since 2008 KIPP’s Leadership Coaching program has played a central role in the individualized development and retention of leaders at KIPP. Today, KIPP’s Coaching program supports the development of over 250 individual KIPP leaders and cascades through the work of thousands of KIPP leaders to most of our students. The Leadership Coaching Community deeply values: care for humanity, the thriving of students, thriving of the adults who lead and teach them.
