While there are many fine qualities that make up a successful leader, servant leadership is one that stands out for me and is at the top of my list. I very much try to live both my professional and personal life by the value of \'everything I do has my name on it\' with honesty, integrity and trustworthiness as my core values. I do not manage by fear and intimidation, but rather mentor my subordinates and am unafraid to relinquish everything I know. I believe this is the difference between a good manager and a good leader. I truly have the in-depth knowledge and understanding of day to day operations of many large corporations. I have developed successful control programs from inventory to shipping to finance and expenses in an unselfish effort to exceed profitability. I never stop learning and am continuously reading leadership and self-help books. Strategic, detailed and hyper-focused P&L experience plus Budgeting, Planning, Project Management, Human Resources, Inventory Management and Employee Development- I have a demonstrated working knowledge of 3PL and Supply Chain operations including warehousing, distribution and transportation planning; complete warehouse automation and conveyor system usage; Security/CCTV & Intrusion design experience; Last Mile & Home Delivery Services; and a working knowledge of WMS, LMS, YMS & QMS.
