1. Sr Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics

   Working primarily/daily in Snowflake and SQL to leverage databases and produce strategic feedback on existing strategies and initiatives. With no immediate analytics manager, I was hired as the sole business analyst assigned to Quotewizard\'s Agent Revenue team with the goal of providing analytic guidance and recommendations based on findings.\\\\n\\\\nOrganized and led multiple weekly quality control meetings with upper management in an effort to moderate quality within the program, reduce the amount of profit paid in returns, and increase the final profitability of the product being sold. This initiative started in late Oct 2021 and continues to be one of my largest analytic advisement projects to date. After moderation of volume, our program returned to previously held levels of volume with a measurable quality improvement of +150% with noticeably fewer returns and improved end product profitability.\\\\n\\\\nThough the majority of my work at Lendingtree/Quotewizard was presented in a workshop style discussion environment, PowerBI is often a tool we use to finalize reporting that can be considered ongoing. With previous experience in Tableau I was able to utilize Power BI to build multiple dashboards that displayed a variety of visuals and communicated KPIs in an effective fashion.\\\\n\\\\nDocumentation and understanding is also a large part of my role here. A clear need to organize and build a comprehensive knowledge of the database and systems was clearly needed to be effective. I worked to understand the who, where, what, when and why of each branch of the business and actively started attending both upper management and data science discussions to further this pursuit.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
