As a Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, and Lacrosse Coach, I have experience in athletic performance development and individualized training program design. I specialize in strength and power development, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to drive measurable results. As a lacrosse coach, I focus on skill refinement, conditioning, and leadership development, fostering disciplined, resilient athletes prepared for competition. Currently I am pursuing my education to become a Physical Therapist by studying Exercise Physiology at Marquette University.
