Suite Resource exists to provide the agile and sometimes unconventional approach needed for combining design-build FF & E and millwork packages in this current climate and beyond.As a cabinetmaker with extensive knowledge of furniture, millwork, architectural materials, engineering, value engineering, and project management, we represent owners, developers, designers, and purchasing firms with solutions and manufacturing based on each project need. Whether your project needs are pre-spec development and engineering, budgeting, value engineering, schedule challenges, trade coordination, or logistic challenges, we are passionate and committed to problem solving and always driven to think outside the box until the solution is found.

With tactile skill, well-founded confidence in the pre-development model, and a surplus of enthusiasm, I take my hands-on trade, project management, engineering and manufacturing experience and collaborate with owners, developers, and their design teams toward an under-budget, on time, and integrated project delivery.Suite Resource is the result of a seeing firsthand through the lens of a tradesman the lack of integration with manufactured goods at the stage of development that encompasses interior design. This disconnect often leads to over budget, the need to value engineer compromising the brand, project delays, and higher overall costs.Trade experience enables us to reverse engineer your millwork pieces and combine them with the FF & E eliminating tier markups and reducing costs.Trade knowledge in materials and construction methods lets us budget-to-design rather than value engineer over budget items.Early engagement allows us to push submittals, approvals, drawings, mock-ups, and early production eliminating several weeks off project schedules.Pre-development collaboration and risk mitigation facilitates manufacturing options for costs, lead-times, shipping, storage, and real time control of deliverables.Suite Resource strives to be your select service at the development table, so let’s all pull up a seat and get busy effectively transforming the way you approach your next project.
