In my current role, I support company safety initiatives by ensuring close collaboration between Operations and the Environmental, Health & Safety department to develop world-class safety procedures. I focus on the continual development of my direct reports, enhancing both their functional and leadership capabilities. I am responsible for optimizing the performance of operating assets through efficient operation and maintenance while managing plant financials, including P&L management, budgets, and asset valuations. I also serve as the primary liaison for Operations initiatives, overseeing fleet performance, operational costs, and issue resolution. My responsibilities include recommending improvements to boost performance, evaluating new merger and acquisition opportunities, overseeing the integration of new assets, and supporting the Executive Team in executing commercial strategies.
