The result has been the consistent execution of IT projects and support for business initiatives that are endorsed and enjoyed by Century executives, 95% delivery consistency. • Led a full-scale cybersecurity penetration test and remediation effort, identifying and resolving all critical and high-priority vulnerabilities within 60 days, closed all within 120 days. Strengthened the company’s overall security posture.• In first year, realized ~$200K (15%) in cost savings through analysis and reduction in phone spend, contract renewals, and adjustments for software and support. Zero service disruptions and service levels maintained.• Engineered and coordinated successful M&A of small, remote company to the Century domain. • Led domain migration and collapse with minimal downtime and minimal disruption.• Coordinated network installation for 6 remote sites and helped install at 4 of them.
