Though still being Head of Department, part of this role is to take responsibility as Clinical Site Manager.Due to hospital current advance development and with brand new state of the art facilities, I have taken the role of permanent Clinical Site Manager until the hospital’s development have been fully accomplished. In addition, I have taken the lead as Medical Device Safety Officer (MDSO).I look forward for future advancement.

ABOUT SEAN GAYMAN
I almost wanted to quit Nursing.But despite difficulty, mental and physical exhaustion I still kept going.Fast forward from being a Nursing student, Health Care Assistant, Registered Nurse and now one of the Heads of Department in Nursing in one of Leading Independent Hospital in London, I am a seasoned veteran.In a nutshell, my decade of experience with both NHS and Private healthcare, passion for good clinical service, learning and with constant innovation to practice is what drives me to work hard everyday hence have been awarded “International Nurse of the Year 2020”.I have accomplished and contributed my time to advance clinical practice, done and contributed to policies, governance, mentored students and still constantly improving my profession all the time via accredited CPD. In addition, we have manage to achieved a very good staff retention considering this current Pandemic - Resilient. I am also well versed with Bed management - Site manager, Payroll, Monitoring Clinical Competencies, Budget monitoring, KPIs and Trainings to just name a few.In hind sight, I am an avid car enthusiast - joins car clubs - which is part of my many stress relievers apart from being a father.
