I have the pleasure to work with many talented individuals and team leaders at a dynamic software company. In my role as Chief Operating Officer, I lead all operational units of our company, which includes Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy/Management, partner (complementary solution provider) management, Customer Care (implementation/delivery and consulting services, and technical support), and Product Development (software design, development, testing, and documentation). This role’s charge is to help guide and navigate the company’s efforts related to revenue generation (new product and services sales), revenue protection (minimize client churn), and risk management (labor, compliance, market dynamics). Clients we serve include, health insurance administrative organizations – both risk bearing and non-risk bearing, of varying sizes from thousands of lives to multiple millions of lives. These groups – both domestically and internationally include: health plans, insurance companies, government sponsored health plan administrators (Medicaid, Medicare, VA, municipal, tribal, international), specialty risk management networks/cost containment companies, delegated risk provider groups (IPAs, ACOs), and third party administrators (TPAs).Serving this diverse mix of clients with flexible, economical, and value-producing software solutions for well over 20 years has led me to have a deep understanding of these organizations’ operational and technical needs, as well as provided me with an appreciation of their missions and the value they provide their clients, provider partners, and health plan members.
