   As Project Manager, my duties include: Ensuring all projects components are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget Leading the initiation and planning of the Hope Zone initiative project, including startup and maintenance of all Hope Zone Workgroups and events, engaging stakeholders to ensure community-centered approach to programming and the initiative. Preparing bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for submission to Executive Leadership Team, Workgroup Co-Leads, and Backbone Support regarding activities and progress. Ensuring resource availability and allocation Developing a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project Coordinating with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects Managing relationships between clients and stakeholders Measuring project performance using appropriate project management tools Performing risk management analysis to reduce project risks Reporting and escalate to upper management as and when needed Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project documentation Supervising the work of all the laborers and provide them with guidance Ensuring all technical devices or platforms used by the team are on their top shape at all times. Creating progress presentations for senior management. Developing and maintaining partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers. Monitoring and assigning resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs. Reporting project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans. Key activities included: Organizational planning, extensive internal and external communications and ongoing risk management. Designing project scorecards/worksheets that are currently used for project tracking, risk management and escalations, provides transparency to executive leadership.
