I have extensive procurement experience ranging from Procure to Pay, negotiating and executing direct and indirect materials and services, Indirect Procurement/Category Management and Supplier Management. Over the past several years I have supported multiple categories including but not limited to Facilities, Store Construction, Logistics, HR, Corporate Services, Finance, Risk Mitigation, Legal, Finance and most recently Marketing. Within those particular departments I have saved millions of dollars along with crreating value for the organization. To reach those goals I managed teams ranging from three to six associates; from recruiting and managing interns to hiring and mentoring extremely highly motivated, long tenured Managers.Along with the aforementioned skills, I have also implented a Roadmap for each Department I supported and implemented a new Sourcing Tool to more effectively analyze data and make Supplier recommendations.
