Sean is a driven, multi-faceted real estate professional, serving as the Commercial Portfolio Manager for Plus Management, a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Chester, Virginia, as well as owner and partner in several real estate interests in Old Towne Petersburg and Chesterfield County, Virginia. Sean’s focus with Plus Management includes managing and leasing retail centers, office buildings, restaurants and medical suites throughout the Greater Richmond area. Sean spends most of his work interacting with business owners and executives both locally and nationwide that are at various stages of business growth and development. Sean is a champion for business and is active in the community as a member of several business organizations. Sean is also the immediate past President and current VP of the Chester Business Association, member of Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate and has volunteered for the Business First Initiative with Chesterfield Economic Development to strengthen business relations within Chesterfield County. Sean is a licensed real estate agent in Virginia focusing on commercial property sales and acquisitions for his clients. In addition to his professional interests, community involvement and charitable work are priorities for Sean. For several years, he shared his time, talents and treasures by serving on the Board of Directors at the YMCA of Greater Richmond – Chester Branch and as a Board Member of the Chester Community Association. Sean was also identified by the YMCA as an Emerging Leader and spent several months working with the United Way of Greater Richmond to expand the charitable footprint in our community. Sean received his B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and has continued his educational pursuits towards receiving his Accredited Commercial Manager and Certified Property Manager certifications through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
