As BCS is a small company,\"business development manager\" is one of many hats i wear.Through the standard week, I typically have meetings (virtual and in person) with potential or existing customers to discuss one of the many services we offer and ensure we provide them with exactly what they are looking for in a professional and timely manner. As part of this process, I create a bespoke proposal tailored to the conversation to present to the customer. Once the contract has been signed I will then transition into an account manager role to ensure our customers are receiving the correct level of service.
