Manages and actively monitors 37-45 Corporate Sale Staff portfolios for data hygiene and data management within DMS and Tableau by providing strategic and tactical solutions.• Excel in multitasking and managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Oversee and maintaining over 37 personal portfolios, each containing between 15 to 350 individual accounts.• Continuously provide advanced knowledge of Tableau and DMS to help our National and Area Sales associates understand and utilize donor data specific to dashboards, reporting created within the system and trouble shooting.• Collaborates across teams (PDM, National Sales, Area Sales, Partnerships, Fundraising) to explore ways to further support processes and procedures that enhance data integrity and data management for reporting, business continuity and forecasting streamline operational data processes within DMS, Tableau, and other collaboration and engagement tools. i.e, Partner Contac Cleanup (500+ Accounts).• Facilitate monthly Data Integrity check points with Corporate Partners, Sr Specialist, and Portfolio Data Management Team to ensure the new partnership transition process continues to keep partnership pipeline running effectively.• Executed GP donor event procedure including RSVP process and pre-event, day of event and post event procedures for Donor Virtual Gatherings, Danny Thomas St, Jude Society Virtual Events, etc.• Provide knowledgeable expertise in completing various DMS cleanup initiatives (Donor Advised Funds, IRA Queue, Strategic Partnerships, Professional Advisors, etc.) that maintained the data integrity of over accounts and over financial entries. 1,500 accounts and deactivating over 2,750 accounts.
