About Sean Dilliard

I\'m a drug delivery scientist with expertise in developing lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations for mRNA delivery and genome editing. During my Ph.D. studies in Dr. Daniel Siegwart\'s lab at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, I elucidated the role of the protein corona on the delivery mechanism of Selective ORgan Targeting LNPs for hepatic and extrahepatic RNA delivery. Currently, I am a scientist at Prime Medicine leveraging my knowledge and experience to support the development of LNP formulation processes and drug products for the clinical application of search-and-replace genome editing.
