I’m an automotive executive with over 15 years of experience leading high-volume, multi-state dealership operations. My career started on the sales floor at Penske Automotive Group, where I quickly earned a promotion into finance and built a reputation for performance and customer service.From there, I joined Off Lease Only in 2014 to help open its brand-new Orlando location. Over the next five years, I advanced through multiple leadership roles — Finance Manager, Finance Director, General Sales Manager, and ultimately General Manager of the flagship West Palm Beach store, one of the nation’s highest-volume dealerships consistently selling 1,400+ vehicles per month with a 1,600-unit inventory.In 2019, I was recruited by HGreg.com as a General Manager, and after three years of proven results, I was promoted to National Director of Operations. Today, I oversee five dealerships across Florida and Texas (Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Doral, and Houston), leading more than 400 employees, driving nine-figure annual revenues, and consistently achieving monthly sales.I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and leveraging data-driven and AI-enabled strategies to transform dealership performance and customer experience.Always open to connecting with like-minded professionals in automotive, operations, and leadership.
