I also have experience as a Virtual Service Advisor, providing centralized, remote service visit preparation support for the Florida region. My technical expertise comes from experience as a certified automotive painter, and some background in construction rigging and at height access solutions. I hold certifications in ASE B2 Collision: Painting & Refinishing, BASF Refinishing, Tableau, SCRUM, Articulate 360, and Project Management. I am passionate about delivering innovative and high-quality service and learning solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
