Coordinate activities among the judiciary, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, USMS, FPS, GSA, and others, on judiciary security matters, to include policies, project management, priorities, budgeting and legislation.• Provide administrative staff support to the Judicial Conference Committee on Judicial Security, and the Space and Security Advisory Council, in coordination with the Security and Facilities Policy Staff.• Act as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for judiciary security related contracts and programs.• Monitor and oversee judiciary funded security projects, in partnership with the USMS, FPS and GSA.• Conduct quality assurance of judiciary security projects, funded by the judiciary, through site-visits and remote follow up with judiciary personnel.• Perform onsite security assessments at local judiciary facilities, in collaboration with the USMS, FPS and GSA.• Develop correspondence, reports, analysis and other documents related to judiciary security.• Assist in the formulation of long-range judiciary security strategies, objectives, plans, budgets, policies and programs.• Plan, develop and evaluate the results of judiciary security programs and projects, by conducting surveys and analysis to detect elements in need of improvement.• Expand partnerships between CSD and court units, conducting outreach to court units, conducting and participating in training for court units and maintaining association and communications with subject matter experts within the court security and physical security professional community.• Address complex security issues between the judiciary, USMS, FPS and GSA, by engaging in meetings and discussions with the noted security; and providers and local court units and judges, ensuring that judiciary security needs, plans, policies and programs are fully communicated.
