EHS leader for plant startup/ commissioning/ turnaround and daily production of Vinyl acetate and acetic acid units. Develop/ review/ ensure compliance on global and site EH & S policies. Assist with risk management program data collection. Incident and case management. PSM regional audit team member. Engage operations, maintenance, and support teams daily, to achieve a culture of no harm to our employees, and environment or communities. Lead site wide trainings to implement new procedures/policies. Leads field reviews of safety and environmental policies. with 24/7 Team, Core Team, and Unit Team. Conducts OSHA compliance audits and safety field audits - safe work permit, lockout/tag out, fall protection, etc. Incident Commander and Safety Officer for emergency response team. Collaborate with Fire Chief and other incident commanders to coordinate an effective emergency response program. Plan and execute multi agency emergency response drill. Active CIMA member / inspection team member for zone 4. Coordinate community disaster response: hurricane, releases, fires and explosions
