   In addition to maintaining my responsibilities as Global Engineering Scheduling Manager, in this dual role, I have increased my scope and added a team of Global Process Engineers\\\\n- Manage, standardize, and globalize the processes and systems used by the Engineering Groups\\\\n- Create and maintain global engineering processes in cooperation with the global engineering community\\\\n- Provide quality documentation for the end-users while promoting processes standardization and aligning best practice\\\\n- Create and improve global processes which will improve efficiency and reduce cost\\\\n- Drive alignment of Global Engineering Business Processes\\\\n- Support Engineering as they navigate through existing processes, procedures, work instructions, etc.\\\\n- Implement process changes and make sure it is communicated globally to all of Engineering\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
