ABOUT SEAN CHAMBERS

Mr. Chambers is an experienced water utility executive and municipal leader. He is energized by the opportunity to serve in quasi-governmental roles, foster collaboration, and drive strategic advancements in the utility business space. Sean has built a reputation of sound water and utility policy analysis, rate and fee analysis, and leading on state and regional water issues. Sean has twenty plus years of professional experience in the strategic acquisition and development of western water rights. Sean brings perspective through applied natural resource economics, strategic planning, utility finance, a well-developed understanding of Western water issues. Sean is the current Chair of the South Platte Basin Roundtable and an alternate to the State\'s Interbasin Compact Committee (IBCC). In prior roles, Sean led Metro and Special District\'s with a focus on municipal water and recreational service. Sean has also developed public good data and geospatial analytics tools in partnership with Peak Spatial to develop a searchable public information tool that quickly reveals where any property on the Front Range gets water services. The project is known as H2Info was supported by Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB). The water info tool can be viewed at: https://h2info-co.com Sean has a well-developed professional network in the Colorado water community, and he works as an effective and collaborative professional across water user types and across the Divide. In his free time, Sean enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two boys, watching their athletics, irrigating their hobby farm, fishing, skiing and living the Western life.
