After nearly 15 years in the Construction industry and 6 years working in Blue Collar recruitment, both me and my colleague founded the Trades & Labour search engine WorkTool. During my career in supplying temporary staff in the construction industry, I found that my biggest challenge was finding both skilled and reliable workers who are available at very short notice.
