I’ve been delivering training on Microsoft Intune since 2015 as well as testing our own Intune solution and have co-authored our very successful QA Authored Intune course. I have authored and deliver a course on Windows 11 for IT Professionals, deliver courses on Azure Administration, Windows 11 Troubleshooting and MacOS Support and Troubleshooting.As well as training, I’m an SME on many internal projects including Virtual Delivery Excellence, Self-managed (BYOD) hardware solutions and Blended Learning solutions. I also work on external projects as a facilitator for our clients.
