Superlative is an industry-leading team of sales executives, valuation analysts, attorneys and accountants that manages the entire sponsorship marketing process, from stakeholder engagement, industry research and valuation to negotiating, closing and stewarding partnerships. Over the past 29 years, Superlative has delivered over $3bn in Naming Rights, sponsorship, category partnerships and premium seating revenue for our clients. Personally, I am an experienced revenue generator in corporate sponsorship sales, college athletic development/procurement, and non-profit fundraising. Creating opportunities for others and developing relationships is what drives me. My experiences in revenue generation at Adrian College, St. Jude\'s/ALSAC, the NCAA, the University of Nevada, Reno, Ohio University, and now at The Superlative Group have shown me that through servant leadership, I can build rapport with clients/donors and help them find positive ways to utilize their money through Naming Rights, corporate sponsorships, university-wide partnerships, or philanthropic endeavors. I rely heavily on my work ethic to get \"on the road,\" make new connections and build relationships with key company decision-makers looking to utilize sponsorship marketing to grow their bottom line or philanthropic individuals interested in giving money to charitable causes. I am a highly educated professional with a BBA from Adrian College and an MBA and a Master\'s in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
