I have been the IT Manager for BMW Financial Services in Canada, Mexico, China / Hong Kong and headquarter Global Project Portfolio Manager within the central governance team since May 23, I manage all IT infrastructure including Hardware, software, telephony, backend systems, frontend systems and vendor management. In May 2012 I moved to the central IT team and was in charge of Operations (Infrastructure and Applications) for all of China Region and Infrastructure Operations for APAC Region.From January 1, 2015 I moved to Melbourne, Australia on the business side and am responsible for IT Provider management and all business Demand Management (projects, maintenance and operational budget, etc.) within APAC Region.From August 1, 2017 I am responsible for delivering all of the projects for our Regional Service Centre (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong and Malaysia). I am also responsible for Workforce Management, the PMQ team, Provider Management and Market Liaison Managers within the RSC.
